What We Are

HotRunners Tracker (hotrunners.fun) is a community leaderboard that displays monthly running kilometers for registered athletes. It is operated as a non-commercial, personal project.

What Data We Collect

When you connect your Strava (or Garmin) account, we collect:

• Your first and last name (as set on your profile)
• Your running activities: name, distance, duration, elevation, and date
• OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) to fetch your activity data

We do not collect your email, GPS routes, heart rate, or any data beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Data

• Display your name and monthly running kilometers on the public leaderboard
• Sync your running activities periodically to keep the leaderboard up to date

We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third party.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you are registered. The leaderboard displays the current calendar year only.

Your Rights

You can remove your data at any time:

• Click "Remove my name from the list" on the leaderboard page
• This deletes your account, all your activities, and revokes the app's access to your Strava account
• Removal is immediate and permanent

Third-Party Services

This app integrates with:

• Strava — to authenticate you and fetch your running activities (Strava Privacy Policy)
